The item is not functioning. What can I do? Plz. help me. It is mostly useless thing. You have written top brand company. But there is no company Name and address on the box. No return policy on this item. What can I do? Please help me in the matter.

Disappointing
The product is a disaster. The percolator material used is so thin , the water does not turn into steam to generate the pressure to get the coffee . decoction on the top chamber . I have to use very high flame and coffee powder is wasted . I tried everything but it just does not work. I dont suggest this product to anyone .
