Good quality and its claim of waterproof is spot on. Reduced my plantar fasciitis pain after a week of use and was extremely effective while running. Avoid the china made junk like bold fit as this is a made in india product.

I was using this product for the last 2 Years. It's quality has worsened over time. This time the product i received was pathetic. The tape is very thin as compared to what it used to be. Also the glue is very sticky and will peel your skin when you try to remove it. Earlier tape that I used were thicker than this and were easily peeled off even after 2 days without any damage to the skin. They have ruined a good product for little profit. Not gonna buy again

Good tape serves the purpose, but it's not waterproof as shown on website. Otherwise good, value for money.

I have Meralgia paresthetica and I've had pain for the last 3 years. More than 50 physiotheraphy sessions and multiple different type of medications by different doctors - nothing helped. been wearing it 2 days now, swimming and showering daily, and it didnt come off, the edges are a little off but overall im surprised it lasted this long. about the effectiveness its still a little early to say, but i think its actually working, the pain in my shoulder has reduced quite significantly since yesterday.
