Can i use this to power nvidia jetson nano

This is what you do! You check your old power supply and look at the Voltage which is 5 and next to it is the important value How many amps 1A 2A 3A 4A etc. The SMAKN supply replaces anything up to 4A. If the power supply plug is not the same, you can clip your old power supply plug off and solder it to the new one. There is always a neighbor that will help you solder it if you don't know how.

Is it 2.5mm x 5.5mm (Inner diameter x Outer diameter) with inside positive polarity ? I would expect standard 2.1mm x 5.5mm, let me know

This is a compatible project: 5.5 * 2.5 and 5.5 * 2.1 Internal positive external negative

Will this work fine with Raspberry Pi 3 and 4?

Yes, the SMAKN 5V/4 Amp 20 Watt Power supply will work with the Raspberry Pi line of devices. Please note that the Raspberry Pi 4 Model does "Only" has a USB-C type power jack. You would need to get a Adapter/Gender Changer for the 2.5/5.5 MM Barrel Jack for the connector that comes with the SMAKN Power Supply.
