Great picture works flawlessly. Edit: I've had this camera up and running since I received it and I've had it installed in its location for a few days now. I am speaking about the 5 MP model, don't know if the 2 mp model is the same or not. The zoom feature is 36x not 20x as stated, I can zoom in on my mailbox that's around 100yds away from the camera and all you can see is the mailbox on the TV. Picture is ultra-clear, much better than a 1080p bullet cam that I have on the system. Night vision is also superb, as clear a picture as I've seen in that mode of ANY camera I've tried. Still evaluating the distance on the NV, I will say, I believe I'll add an IR flood lamp to each side of the building to boost the range of the NV. One drawback of this camera -- You WILL have to install a power supply near this camera. I tried several different methods of getting power to it, but none would power the night vision and the cam at the same time, even over the 100' heavy 18ga PTZ cam cable I bought for it with a dedicated 5-amp power supply. Not a big deal if you are in the process of framing a new home as we are but might be a deal breaker for some. I'm controlling the cam with a joystick controller, and it works flawlessly, still learning how to use the presets and functions available with the keyboard. With the corner mount as you see in the photos, I can see 270 degrees around the house unobstructed, one more camera on the opposite corner and the entire house and grounds are covered. Once again, great camera, you will not be disappointed. Edit2: after further evaluation of the night vision, the mailbox I spoke of previously is illuminated perfectly even at that distance. I don't believe I'll need an illuminator on that side of the building, but I will install one on the other face to illuminate a large open field on that side of the house. Cheers!

This camera is advertised as a 5 megapixel camera, it is actually 960x576 with no night vision as claimed. Very poor image quality on a larger screen. Thought I was going to get a decent camera, but no.

The product arrived on time and looked of good quality but had no night vision. The zoom in and out feature was good. We just couldn't get the camera to function correctly.

This camera works great, it was easy to install and wire up. The picture is hard to beat and crystal clear, the range is amazing both day and night. I would highly recommend.

Picture quality of this camera is better than cameras that cost twice as much. Auto cruise feature is smooth and effective for coverage of large area. As a professional surveillance system installer this camera solves a couple situational challenges. Well worth it. I would recommend this camera.👍

This item does not use Coaxial Control COC to PTZ. The manual that came with it is for IP camera. it looks like this is a retrofit camera from an IP housing, nothing is weatherproof, only 0.3Mpixel and no OSD settings as advertised. Typical chi product.

The picture quality is very good. Still trying to figure out how to program it with my lorex system.

I've never had a PTZ on my security system before. The video and power hooks up like any other camera - it just needs 2 extra wires run to use the PTZ functions. I used the recommended joystick controller, plugged in the two wires, and it all works great. Very powerful zoom. My only reservation is it being 5MP you need a converter box if you want to split the signal out to a dedicated monitor (TV). A 1080p or 4K camera would connect natively to a TV. Overall, though, a real bargain for what you get.
