I was a bit surprised by how well these worked for me. They came in just a zip lock bag, 4 of each type and in 4 different sizes. The first type is a soft silicone, while the other is more ridged and has holes down the sides. I used largest, softer version first, and it was easy to put in place. It helped open up the skin away from the hole deep in my nose and allowed me to breath better even when I wasn't asleep. They did take a few minutes of getting used to having them in. It's not painful, it's just I was aware of them opening up the nose and being able to breath but I soon got used to that feeling. The hardest part was trying actively trying to keep my mouth closed while sleeping. I'd spent years with my mouth open as I snore, even just to get to sleep. Now I was able to fall asleep with my mouth closed and easily breath via my nose. The harder ones feel like they go a little deeper, and keep the air way open a lot more, but because they're not as soft I felt them more at the back of the nose as I started out. Again, got used to it pretty quickly. I think I actually prefer the harder ones. They don't have any discernible smell to them that my partner or I are aware of. However, our dog seems loves the smell of them and thinks I'm hiding dog toys from him. It's just something to be aware of as they are pretty small objects and our dog is as stupid as they get. I don't have anything other products that do the same job to compare it to but they're were cheap enough to buy to test out. I give them a week and to if sleep improves. Would buy again when I need replacements.

You get two different types in the package, and they are quite different in feel. I give an overall rating of four because I don't like the basket type. They are hard and uncomfortable - to me - so I don't use them. The solid wall type are comfier and I cut them down to fit. Either way, they really do open the airways nicely.

The rubber dialators are just too thick, yes they open the nasal passage but they're so thick is there any point as it takes up a couple mm. And the plastic vents are awful, they're so uncomfortable and the plastics so tough it's actually painful and awfully scratchy that I had to take it out after 5 mins and noticed I had quite a sore scratch deep into the nostril. Not happy

Effective device, immediately getting a better nights sleep. Two different types in the package, I only use the more open ones. Seems a lot for such a small product but worth it for better sleep.

All as advertised

Found these too uncomfortable for me to sleep in but wearing for a couple of hours before bed helped with breathing especially around heavy hay-fever times. Sturdy plastic meant very reusable and easy to rinse off. The multiple sizes helped as the small were too small and the medium and large both worked for me. Only giving 2 stars because they don't work for me for sleeping and that was my main selling point

I was sceptical but these really work I now use the soft ones at night and the sort of mesh ones during the day. I suffer from typical sinus congestion and these certainly help me to sleep better, they are a simple design and work well.
