Cuisinart 7193-20P Chef's Classic Stainless 3-Quart Cook and Pour Saucepan with Cover

I got this and the similar Rorence pour pot.The Cuisinart has a slightly nicer finish than the Rorence. But, the Rorence has a helper handle opposite the main handle, and it has pour spouts on BOTH sides. This means you can use it right or left handed. The Cusinart must be used holding the handle in the right hand. Not as great. Also, the Rorence holds 1/2 quart more, which is nice for noodles. I did a test, both boil 4 cups of water in exactly the same amount of time on my induction cooktop.

Arrived 90 mins before Amazon's stated delivery time. Phenominal piece of cooking equipment. The sides are higher so cooking things like 'candy', which require reaching a boil stage are much easier to do. A pot holder is required for handling the glass lid handle. I wish it was a 5 qt size but this far exceeded my wishes. This is a pot you will hand down for generations! Thx you Amazon for the great price and delivery. - Greg

All the things you expect from a good quality Cuisinart brand. Well designed , easy to carry and clean and great even distribution of heat for cooking. A must have in a well equipped kitchen.

Size/shape are really handy and comfortable feeling. Nice weight. Only complaint is that the kid handle get quite hot.
