Easy to charge quickly. Built well. Will last a long time. You definitely want something better for long term use.

The hand-cranking works much better, with a minute of moderately fast cranking will get you ten good minutes of bright light (longer for dim light). Not a bad deal at 4 for $20.

I WAS GIFTED ONE OF THESE YEARS AGO, STILL WORKING. THESE ARE ALSO FOR GIFTS AND ONE EXTRA FOR ME. IT IS ON THE WINDOW SILL BY THE DOOR, ALWAYS CHARGED. LIGHT WEIGHT AND STURDY. WALKING THE DOG, TAKING OUT THE TRASH. READY AND WAITING. SO MANY USES. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A HAND STRAP.
