Naked Gut

I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now that I’m halfway through my second order it’s safe to say this stuff WORKS! It has no harsh side effects like cramping or giving you the runs, it just makes your poops regular and … bigger than I’ve ever had before. I know it’s TMI, but it’s the only way to describe how regular (every single morning) I am and the amount of poop I’m eliminating daily has been mind boggling. I feel lighter, healthier, less bloated, and overall just so much better. I’ve tried many many things in the past to keep me regular, and this product is superior by leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend it enough, if you’re looking to be regular, purchase this product right away!

Never really had any noticeable issues with my stomach but as I get older I start to be more conscious of things like gut health. Bought this product and just mix it in with my protein shake after I workout, doesn’t alter the taste. Well after the first day taking it i started to get really gassy then the next day dropped a really satisfying log then again and again. Like consistently having good trips to the bathroom. Nothing crazy like it was flushing me out but instead just moving my digestion more efficiently. Nothing is more satisfying than starting your day off with a good trip to the toilet.

I like this product. I put it in my coffee every morning. It took my body about a week and half for my body to start showing signs that this working. I started passing gas like crazy. I also started having dates with the toilet twice a day. Which is amazing for me because I have never been regular. It’s a normal movement not diarrhea or cramping.

2nd time buying this, first time seemed to have no issues. After my second purchase, I noticed the consistency of the powder was a little off, but that is all that seemed off so I continued taking it. The other day, I took some with the naked whey protein powder (which btw, seems normal, no off smell or anything) I had a terrible bout of acute gastritis that took several hours to subside. I also ate a sandwich before the gastritis so I was unsure what the actual cause was. I went to make another shake today and smelled inside this powder and it smelled terrible. I feel like it worked well the previous time I purchased but as other recent reviewers have noted, this may be a bad batch.

I’m not sure if it does something but it’s a clean product and I’m on my second one.

I'm sure for some people this works perfectly fine, but it tore my stomach up. The first couple of days I was thinking it was kind of a 'purge', but it never really got any better. I gave it three weeks and I almost thought I'd have to go to the doc. Taste-wise was fine and it mixed well, even in plain water. Maybe it would work as a maintenance if you are already in good health, but that's about all I can think.

Ive been using this for 3 years now. It works, especially if you are on any of the glp-1 shots
