Q: Can the motor and the collection port be swapped sides?

I don't believe so. The bolt pattern is completely different. Plus the motor would be turning in the wrong direction. On mine also I had to take the screen out of the collection port side. It kept plugging up.

Q: Can this be also be used as a blower to inflate kids bounce house/castles?

Don’t see why not as long as you have a 4” hose to attach to the out feed. I would make sure you put some sort of protective device on intake so stray hand don’t get in there

Q: Fit on bottom shelf of wen multi cart of planer ?

Yes I mounted on wall, does not have much sucking power disappointed
