Edit: They’ve worked with us and got us replacements that have worked fine. Don’t hold the trigger down for long periods, it will burn it out. This applies to all electrical motors. These have been faithful and take a beating. Been through several thousand rounds with no issues yet. Appears heavy duty and well built. We went through one whole mag, each. Then on second mag it started chewing up the gel balls that were included with it (soaked for 4 hours). As it shredded the beads, it would stop feeding all together. Nothing we could do to get it running right again. Important Note: This is using their brand blaster ammo. No alternative ammos were used. Works great first couple of mags but after a few reloads, it started to become increasingly unreliable. Some of the gel balls would break apart and gum up the works. If you don't have a spare mag, you're effectively out of the game until the mag completely dries up and the gel matter can be dumped. This could take days.

Charger plug is proprietary, makes it a pain to charge. Otherwise, pretty nice little gun. Fairly accurate considering it is a gel gun.

I bought this for my wife so she could convince some pesky critters to leave our bird feeder alone. It's easy to use, shoots well, and seems to be trouble free. Batteries last a long time. It met our needs perfectly.

This blaster is pretty cool. Solid. Shoots hard and fast. Fairly accurate. Shoot through one magazine and it was great. Popped another one in after refilling. Didn't shoot and starting smoking from the magazine slot. Pulled it out and the metal piece that attaches to the magazine to power it has melted into the plastic. For being much more expensive then the competitors, you would think it would be better built. Pretty disappointed and will be returning
