There seems to be mixed reviews on this products accuracy, do you give refunds if the product doesn't measure correctly?

I’ve not had problems with accuracy. I’d guess it may be to do with initial calibration?

Does this measure in millimetres

Yes it does. Best bit of kit I have brought for a long time. Only thing to check is how tall your fence is. I had to increase the height of mine to allow wood to pass underneath. Worth the money though, pin point accuracy if you calibrate it properly.

is the arm spring-loaded

Yes. If it wasn't then it wouldn't work properly!

Will this fit the fence of a bosch gcm 350-254 ?
