Unexpectedly; Very Nice!!
I ordered these because I was looking for some shoes in a neutral color to wear with just about everything and gray was a good choice. These shoes are really sharp looking and the white around the sole makes the other colors crisp - Very nice. I have regular width feet and regular arches and these fit perfectly as addidas normally do on my feet. I will say, that straight out of the box I was a little worried because the shoes are lightweight and not as chunky on the bottom as some of my other shoes which are made for running, so I immediately thought they would have no support and be uncomfortable. My worries were quickly put to rest, they are nicely comfortable. Don't expect the bounce of a running shoe because these are for hiking so they seem more stable under foot and less like walking on pillows but not flat or without arch inside. I am really happy with this purchase and am even considering the pink, white and gray ones also.. hope this helps.

Must Buy!
I absolutely recommend these shoes! Not only are they great hiking shoes, but they are very stylish. I wore these a few times on day hikes that were maybe 3-5 miles each. This past weekend I wore them on an 11 mile backpacking trip and they held up great! Comfortable, breathable, and when I stepped into a creek, they dried off quickly. I did get a blister on my heel, but my socks were low so it was the shoe rubbing up against my skin the whole time. Now I just know to wear taller shoes! Also, I did take many reviewers advice and order a size down. I normally wear and 8 but got a 7.5 and they fit perfect. Definitely recommend these shoes, especially at a great price!

These are good, but unfortunately run large
These are good, but unfortunately run large. I didn't return them or exchange them as the next size down was out of stock, and these are very hard to find online. I still use them and hike in them (only), only w/thick socks.

My Adidas!
Adidas is my absolute favorite brand of athletic shoes to wear. I particularly like the trail running type shoes they make. I don't actually run on a trail, but they are cute and comfortable. I have worn these to work where I have spent over 16 hours on occasion; the majority of that time padding up and down a tiled hallway, and they remain comfortable. I've only had these for a short time, but I can attest to their durability. I purchased this pair in a blue/pink color combination, but this is not a new style for Adidas. I have the same exact shoes in a more neon green/teal/black combination that are about 2-3 years old. They look pretty beat up but there is nothing wrong with them functionally and they are still comfortable. I actually wore those old shoes this week thanks to the nasty, snowy, icy, muddy weather we are having. I prefer the color of the old ones but they are no longer available and that is just a personal preference. I've had Reeboks and Filas that didn't hold up for more than a couple of months. I've had good experience with the durability of New Balance and Nike, but I just don't like them the way I love my Adidas. Before they went extinct, I owned three different pair of identical Adidas Thrashers in a bright green/black and I still miss those shoes. These are a good replacement for the feel of those, I just miss the appearance of the Thrasher.

Comfortable Hiking shoe with really good grip.
These are awesome shoes. I hike a lot and after a few pairs of hiking boots I wanted to try hiking shoes and glad I made the decision to try these. Very sturdy shoe, looks like an athletic shoe rather than a hiking shoe. I had read other reviews that people thought they were too small but I my size and they fit perfectly. The only thing I didn't like is that the color I wanted was so much more money so went with another color to save myself a few bucks, I think all the colors should be the same price, you would probably sell more if some of the colors weren't so overly priced. I mean how can a color justify paying over $20 or more, just seems greedy.

Perfectly serviceable
I originally ordered a 9 which is my normal size for tennis shoes but these run a bit large. I had no trouble returning the original pair and reordered these shoes in an 8.5 which fits perfectly with normal to thick socks. I love these shoes. I wear them daily to work and gone on more than a few 2-4 mile rambles in the park with them since I got them at the end of July, 2016. I really must stress that these shoes do run a bit large. If you have narrow feet I'd probably go a whole size smaller than you normally get. They are very comfy and pretty light. These shoes are not waterproof and the mesh on the toes makes them more comfortable to wear in the summer. I may adjust this review after I've lived with them a whole year.

so I can walk comfortably. My size 7 was larger than usual
I bought these for work, so I can walk comfortably. My size 7 was larger than usual. The traction of these shoes are not good. You can slip on wet surfaces. I may have to look into hiking shoes with great traction. I still will buy adidas brand, because it is my favorite.
