Are these good support for pregnant women when they go walking?

They offer as much support as a flip-flop can. . . they're certainly not walking SHOES but they are comfortable to walk in as long as you're not doing a 5K walk or something. I have a bad back, and these are very comfortable for me to wear when I go shopping; I even wear them to work most of the summer. Even in the winter time I wear them in my house vs. going barefoot, wearing slippers or athletic shoes. There's good arch support for my fairly flat feet.
