Is 19oz weight for both or for one shoe only?

IDK but they are heavy and I ended up throwing them out wasted all that money for a shoe that was not a 10 hours a day on your feet shoe. MY guess is one shoe based on the plentiful amount of work shoes I purchased last 25 years...

Do these run true to size? Or is it recommended to get half a size bigger?

My size 12 were too big and i should have switched them for 11.5
