I’m a long time buyer of Metagenics and find their products to be super high quality. I sometimes have trouble swallowing pills but had no problem with these. They are easy to use. The serving size is 1-2 pills but tend to be sensitive and have stuck with 1 and found benefits from it. I love that these are gluten free and non-gmo. I do wish they were organic for the price. It does provide detox support and relief. I feel the current cost ($59) is more than I’d typically spend on this kind of supplement but feel the quality is worth it. Overall, this is an effective supplement for sulphur production and is worth buying.
