They puff up perfectly and cool off quickly. I love it so much that I just ordered a second pan even though I don't need it for the cake. ☺️ Seems to be a very well made pan. But because of the coating, I'd suggest careful handwashing, or maybe a lower heat dishwasher cycle. I'll be handwashing mine.
