I had gone through so many cichlid foods, looking for the right balance between size, good ingredients, and desirable for the fish. Boom, you can feed this to full grown and juvenile mbunas and they will kill for the last pellet and spend the next 30 minutes searching for lost ones. After I began feeding them this product 5 years ago and they've loved it every since the first feeding. Colors became very vibrant over the next few weeks and they became and still are very energized. SuperCichlids.com seems like they have better deals, would suggest that.

My fish Love it!! I have Red Devil and Green Terror juveniles that both Love It. Been feeding the pellets for about a month and they have both put on some size. I even occasionally throw some in for my Black Skirt Tetras and they go crazy for it as well. It is a decent size container that will probably last me 6 months to a year. If you don't mind paying a little extra, I think it's well worth it for the amount you get and the quality of the food.

Seems to be a good size for the money and my Africans love it.
