After a rough start, the team at Vollence went far past above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy. She cried in disbelief at the kindness this team at Vollence has shown her. Will definitely, not only do business with this company, but also highly recommend them to any and every one! Would give 10 stars if I could.

The doll is ok, it's good quality, really soft silicone and the delivery was quick. But there was a rip in the left hand (there was no damage on the box whatsoever so it couldn't have been during the delivery) that we had to glue together and the paintjob really isn't too good, especially on the lips where there is visible weird discoloration. In any case, it's decent value for money and i'm glad to have it.

Nice big baby. She is a little heavy definitely for adults. Gets cuter every day.

My nine year old tomorrow Daughter has been obsessed with reborn’s and silicone babies for about the past year.I splurged on this one with the hefty price tag in my head or a doll because she has been so good with her other two. I am beyond impressed. I kid you not. It is heavy. It is so lifelike. It is literally unreal how real it looks. I am so pleased with how it was packaged. I didn’t expect it to come dressed in anything but it did (simple Jammie and oversized hat). I did buy an outfit which is what you see in the picture attached. It is a little on the big side. One thing I was looking through the reviews for was a size on the baby… I would say that you need to have preemie to newborn clothing. Absolutely worth every penny. Her birthday is tomorrow and I know she’s going to absolutely love this doll.

I currently got 2 vollence silicone dolls.. my first one was a girl & she was perfect! I did not notice any imperfections & she was everything she was supposed to be! The boy is so cute as well & still very soft & squishy. He did have a few marks on the surface of his body but nothing that I was too worried about, especially being so close to Christmas. The one thing that bothered me the most is that he was supposed to be 6.34 in weight but he was only 5.07. My mom actually had me purchase him for her to gift to my daughter & she said it’s too close to Christmas to have an exchange done. However, it would be nice to have a partial refund or something. But I won’t make a huge hoopla over it. Anyhow, overall, we are super stoked with our super cute babies!! & so excited to see my daughters face light up!! ❤️
