This product works for me and is supposed to be 3rd party tested. In any case it slows down the atoms that make up my body to a relaxing state. OMMmmmmmm. :)

Himalaya is a very popular and reputable brand and I have always trusted this brand with it's quality products. I have purchased Ashwaghanda of their brand multiple times before but always in pill form. This is the first time I purchased in powder form. The powder is very fine and has to be carefully scooped as it could get messy. As soon as I opened the bag some of its contents poofed into the air. I would advice mixing it in a smoothie instead of water because the taste mixed with just water is not pleasant and is actually difficult to drink. Ashwaghanda has a very earthy flavor so mixing this in plain water is like mixing clay in water and drinking it. The flavor is why I removed one star. Although the product is good and the quality too I prefer eating the pills as opposed to using the powder as it's much faster and more convenient, plus I wouldn't have to taste it much by just swallowing it.

Excellent way for me to mix my favorite supplement in shakes, stir into Yogurt or sprinkle on my salad!!! Ashwagandha keeps me mellow, relaxed, happy and easy to please!!! My friends and family occasionally tell me to 'take some more Ashwagandha"!!!! With this powder I can regulate myself without having to take a full tablet or additional gummy, I can use a little or a lot of this Exceptional powder!!! Some days you need more Ashwagandha than others!!! This is great, I will be buying it often in the future!! Thank you!!!
