I want to order the navy/navy/green but when i click on that picture, the description says grey/grey/red, the reverse is also true. which do order?

I wanted the grey shield tips and ordered based on the picture rather than the description. I received the navy shield tips instead so I would recommend going off of the description and not the image.

These shoes look nice enough to wear even to a formal event, are the spikes removable?

I guess it depends on how formal the event really is and the balance of your outfit. I'm pretty sure I would wear dress shoes, but that's just me. The spikes are removable.

Could I wear this shoe as a traveling (I.e.airport) and a everyday shoe without any problem once I remove the spikes?

Why would you speand $140 to wear as a shoe to air port? The soles & heels would not be smooth. Could damage the cleats that hold spikes.
