This is my second purchase. The first cable, which I bought two years ago (3 m), is still working perfectly. It has excellent build quality with braided wiring and offers great value for money. Unfortunately, this 2 m cable stopped working after about two months. I contacted customer support on WhatsApp, and after they verified the issue, they promptly shipped a replacement. I ordered this Wayona 2-meter USB-C to USB-C cable. For the first 28-29 days it was excellent fast charging, sturdy feel, and great value for money. After about a month, one end needed to be tilted to charge, though there was no visible damage. Since it’s covered under Wayona’s 12-month warranty, I contacted support on WhatsApp. They responded quickly and arranged a replacement that was delivered within 2 days. The new cable arrived fast and works perfectly. Overall the cable performs well, and Wayona’s customer service was quick, straightforward, and professional. Really appreciated the smooth warranty process and prompt response on WhatsApp.

Bought the 2m cable, and it's honestly one of the best purchases I've made. The cable is very well built, feels premium and the extra length is really useful. I've bought from this brand twice. The product appears to be high quality and reasonably priced. Although the cable stopped working after 4 months. So, I contacted customer support and they replaced it with minimal hassle. Overall, a smooth after sales experience.
