Full Figure Plus Size Wonderwire Front-Closure Bra Underwire #1245

I followed Glamorise's fitting instructions, bought one of these and tried it, so I'm ditching my old bras and buying the other colors. This bra feels like I have nothing on but a hug. No digging wires or straps, no rolling sides, no back bulges, no feeling like I need to pull something into place. The key is getting the right fit. Don't guess at it because I have found that bras are sized differently across makers. The front clasp seems to hold very well, closing firmly with a click, and has not come undone unexpectedly. I don't have to yank the clasp around to my back, plus it's sexy. The flared padded shoulder straps stay up, don't dig in. (My previous shoulder pain has vanished!) The pretty lace at the top of the cups has a little give but remains in place, I think due in part to a clear thin strip of some kind of gripper. I don't anticipate spillage because every part of this bra stays where I put it and doesn't shift around. The quality is superb, and the colors are pretty and fun. IMPORTANT TIPS I learned from shopping at a well-known local bra boutique: 1) Use Glamorise's sizing chart. 2) Open back straps all the way. Try that, so you'll have room to tighten later, as wear may stretch them over time. 3) As you are putting it on, lean slightly forward from the waist to help settle into the cups. A good fit will rest on your rib cage under your breasts. This also goes all the way up into my armpit area. 4) Don't wear the same bra two days in a row, so the elastic fabric has a chance to recover. 5) Hand wash the bras every five wearings with a dedicated lingerie detergent and hang to dry. If you sweat in it between washes, just rise it and hang to dry. As a woman of a certain age with large, deflated breasts I have found this bra to be the best fit and the most comfortable to put on and wear. (I'm no longer planning my day around when I'll take off my bra!) I RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERY FULL-FIGURED WOMAN LOOKING FOR COMFORT.

As a very big busted middle-aged woman support AND comfort are of utmost importance for a bra. These bras DO NOT disappoint. They are AMAZING especially for the price. I followed another reviewer’s recommendation to go up a cup and band size with this type of Glamorize front closing bra. I did go with upping 1 cup size but kept my usual band size. Bra fits beautifully. It is always hard to find a bra that ticks all the boxes for support, comfort, while also giving a feminine silhouette under clothing. This bra does just that. Good coverage but low enough to give great cleavage while not creating a uni-boob, a 3-rd boob or all the other kinds of bra misadventures a big busted plus-size woman may face with an ill-fitting bra. Sides are wide enough to not cause unsightly bulges and the straps are wide but comfortable with no digging by the end of the day. Run out and buy them all!

My breasts are spread far apart from each other. Many bras over the years haven't worked because they either pull from the sides or from the center of the wire and the wire will break or come out very early on. So I've lost a lot of money on bras that last only a couple of uses. The only type that ever worked for me were the front closing. Once I gained weight, that choice went out the window. This is the only one I found that has worked in over 23 years. While I have had three where the wire did pull from the center and come out within one or two uses, I have had luck with about 4 others that lasted around 6 months of daily wear. So I have been continuing to purchase them. I have very small, sloped shoulders and the other enormous problem with all bras has been that at least one strap would always slide down. It was continual for most of my life so far. The only solution was a masterful piece of engineering of a bra with a t-back that was made for larger women that I bought years ago. I still have one of them but I can't use it because I am too large for it now. They quit making it and I was heartbroken. Not only was it amazing and fit, it was the most comfortable bra I have ever worn in my life. It was deeply cut in the front and the wires NEVER came out. They just broke underneath after a very, very long time of being used. I wish they would make a bra like this again, or this company make one like it. Another great thing about the t-back is I could wear strappy tees and I didn't have the stupid bra showing like everyone does today. No matter what the "fashion" is, it has always looked slovely and sloppy to have one's bra straps hanging out. If they made a t-back and made the front plunge a little more and sit a little flatter, it would be perfect. I will continue to buy these as long as they make them. Please continue to make them in the NUDE color.

My quest for the perfect--or at least very good--bra has ended. During the last few months I tried several of the "step-in" and "pull-over-the-head" bras claimed to be the most comfortable wireless bras on the market. Certainly they are the most expensive. I returned each of them and decided to stick with my old favorite Glamorise front closure bra. I'm barrel-chested and so it's difficult to find a front closure bra that has a long enough band but doesn't make the cups too large. With this bra I can get a larger than usual band size with cups that fit properly. Additionally, at my age (70+) I need good support. I find wireless bras to be more binding than underwire bras. This underwire bra has extra padding around the wires. I also love the front closure. I do not want any padding in the cups--don't need it--and this bra has good coverage and provides a nice shape (no uniboob!) without the padding. I'm sensitive to fabric, but the lacey part of the cups doesn't irritate my skin. The padded straps are comfortable, too. I've worn this style for years and have found them to hold up very well. The clasp is easy to open and close, and the support is great!

Size is accurate, bra comfortable, and the colors and design are cheerful.

Mein absoluter Lieblings-BH. Ich habe vor über zwei Jahren zwei Stück gekauft und die beiden sind meine Alltags-BHs. Auch am Ende des Tages sitzt die Brust noch da, wo sie soll. Bei anderen BHs arbeitet sich meine Brust unten raus, so dass doch immer wieder Haut auf Haut liegt und schwitzt oder der Sitz korrigiert werden muss. Bei diesem Modell bleibt alles wo es sein soll. Die breiten Träger sind sehr bequem und der Ausschnitt ist ein toller Blickfang. Gleichzeitig hält er auch beim wilden Tanzen alles fest. Trotzdem ist er weich genug, dass ich am Abend (kaum) Abdrücke auf den Rippen habe. Ich bin absolut begeistert und kaufe mir jetzt Nachschub, da nach 2,5 Jahren täglichen Gebrauchs (und Wäsche bei 40° in der Maschine mit Wäschenetz) bei einem inzwischen der Bügel in der Mitte raus kommt und am Rücken das Gummi Alterserscheinungen zeigt.
