Inmediatamente puse mi queja en servicio a clientes de AMAZON, ellos me resolvieron Inmediatamente me hicieron un rembolso y me pusieron una nota por si quería realizar nuevamente la compra del reloj no volviera a pazar el mismo problema.Sugiero que no utilicen esa paquetería!
