Best true left handed mouse
I absolutely love this Logitech Signature M650 L Left Wireless Mouse. I'm using this mouse on a Windows 11 computer with built in Bluetooth and the Swift Pair feature made setting up this mouse super quick and easy. All I did was pull the battery tab out and my computer instantly recognized the mouse and allowed me to connect and download and install the software. The mouse is incredibly quiet with none of the typical clicking noise you usually hear when using the scroll wheel or clicking buttons. It uses a single "AA" battery which they claim can last up to 2 years. I've been using the mouse every day for a week and the battery level hasn't even dropped 1%, so I believe it. As a die-hard lefty, I've always had a hard time finding mice that work well for me. Most of the mice that have more than three buttons that are described as ambidextrous really aren't because the extra buttons are on the left side of the mouse. Years ago I found the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000, which is truly ambidextrous, but as they were discontinued over 15 years ago they use a large clunky hockey puck sized adapter. Since I couldn't find a good replacement I had been buying used ones off eBay when a button eventually wore out. I'm so glad Logitech finally came out with a true left handed five button wireless mouse.

Best left-hand mouse
This is the best left-hand mouse I have ever had. I switch it to either hand in order to reduce wrist stress but this one has the back and forward buttons especially located for the left-hand thumbs. The bluetooth pairs easily with my macbook and it is good value for the quality of the product. It runs smoothly and silent.

Good
It’s a solid mouse for the price. Works well and I take it to school and work all the time.

.
As a left handed computer user, this mouse is one of the very few designed specifically for left hand use. For years I have used the tiny Logitech M525 and loved it, but they get gummed up and quit working after a few years and sadly are no longer available (except used). This mouse does not have the 4th and 5th buttons built into the wheel (tilt the wheel side to side) but they are relatively convenient on the thumb pad. The one I bought does not seem to have a lot of range and sometimes has difficulty sending the signal to my computer even though it is only 3' away. But for the most part I am satisfied, it is still way better than a corded mouse. And the best option for left handers that I have found.

Good mouse but a bit pricey with an annoying scroll wheel
We frequently switch between macOS and Windows on our Macbook Pro (via Bootcamp) and discovered that our external Logitech MX Bluetooth keyboard, once paired on one OS, would be forgotten on the other (it would appear in the Bluetooth connected devices list but wouldn't work and the keyboard failed to automatically pair up even when we press the second device pair-up key). We noticed that our Logi M510 mouse worked fine in either OS because it connected to the Mac via the 2.4GHz wireless Unifying receiver. We saw that the MX keyboard was capable of 2.4GHz wireless connection via the new Logi Bolt USB receiver (which wasn't actually included with the keyboard). So we picked up the Logi M650 mouse (left-handed was nice since my wife is left-handed) which came with the Logi Bolt receiver. She didn't actually need the back/forward side keys of the M650 and we would have preferred to have bought the M550 which is essentially the same as the M650 but without the side keys (and is $10 less). Unfortunately, Amazon didn't have this model. The M650 replaced our existing Logi M510 mouse. They're about the same size and work pretty much the same way. What we needed was the Logi Bolt receiver. We unpaired our Logi MX keyboard from Bluetooth and then connected both the M650 mouse and the MX keyboard to the Logi Bolt receiver. That was pretty effortless. We downloaded the new Logi Options software to configure both the M650 and the MX keyboard and that worked fine. In terms of comfort and function, this is a pretty standard mouse experience not significantly different from the previous M510. The "smart scroll" wheel is an interesting feature where fast spins of the wheel cause faster page scrolling similar to swiping quickly down a touchscreen. The only rather significant drawback to this is the cartoonish, boing-boing sound the wheel makes when you scroll quickly. For slower scrolling, it's the usual click-click sound although somewhat quieter than most mice (the left and right click buttons are similarly somewhat quieter than usual). But, for anything faster than a slow scroll, that weird sound is unbelievably annoying. It sounds as if the wheel isn't properly fastened into the mouse. If not for the need to have a Logi Bolt compliant mouse, I'd send this back and get a Logi Bolt-compliant mouse without smart scroll (I've had numerous Logi mice and none of them exhibited this annoying scroll wheel sound). With both our keyboard and mouse connected to the Mac via the Logi Bolt receiver, we can switch between macOS and Windows without losing connection to those peripherals. If Logi introduces a Logi Bolt mouse without the smart scroll, I'll probably get one of those and throw this one in a drawer (or sell it to someone who is hard of hearing or who really loves cartoon boing-boing sounds when scrolling). Given the completely standard behavior of this mouse and the annoyingly noisy scroll wheel, I'd say that this is overpriced. It should be priced the same as the M550 ($10 less than the current price) and the Logitech engineers will need to fix the ridiculous scroll wheel. I've had a lot of Logi mice over the years with no complaints but this one is disappointing given the high price, completely standard performance, and annoying scroll wheel.

Great left-handed mouse...
I purchased this mouse, because I hurt my dominant arm and needed to rest it as much as possible. I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews, that it would be noisy and might skip around and stuff, but that is not the case. In fact, this mouse is actually quieter than my Logitech M510. The scroll wheel is almost silent and the forward/backward buttons have a very muted, satisfying rubber snick sound instead of a hollow plasticy click. So far, it doesn't make the cursor jump around or skip or anything, so I'm happy with it. I may not go back to my M510 after my arm heals!

My hand feels very comfortable. Best mouse for work and personal use
I have been using an ancient wired Microsoft Intellimouse for over 2 decades. That was the only mouse which my hand and wrist feel comfortable. I tried switching to other mouses over the years and have yet to find a mouse that does not hurt my wrist after I use it for long period of time, until I got this M650. M650 is large enough size, light weight, great material, and the click is effortless and silent. My hand feels very comfortable and it does not put any strain to my wrist. For me it's a perfect mouse for work and personal use.

Confortável e Silencioso
Mouse bom, boa pegada, macio e silencioso.
