Grip is okay but I don't know or can say how adhesive it is. Doesn't seem to cause the rug or other product like plastic floor sheeth under desk, to detach from the floor that easily

They WORK!
I am so happy to have found these little works of wonder. I purchased a new rug that no matter what I did the corners kept turning up and was a tripping hazard! I read the great reviews of this product and decided to take a chance, and they WORK! I had purchased something different in the past that worked, kind of, eventually the rug would slide off the pads so was very frustrated. I have been using these for several months now with no problem whatsoever. Still sticking to floor and rug. Does not damage laminate floors. Easily installed. Great value for the money. Gives peace of mind that your rug will stay in place. I highly recommend this product.

No damage to items when removed
When you have to remove item it leaves bad adhesive marks on rug or floor. Even my rug cleaner Connot. Remove it

Does not stick for long.
These rug stoppers work at first but they shift and don't stick after about 4 months.
