Can I still lift weights at the gym with these?

It is not possible to answer this without knowing the extent of your injury and what weight you intend to lift. Better consult your doctor / physio / trainer as any answer on here will be irrelevant.

The 1st and 2nd pictures aren't the same product as the 5th picture and video. I want the 1st/2nd picture one. Which one ships?

The have the 1st picture product and I love it I wear it everyday at work , it really supports my wrist when I am typing a lot .

can it be used on either wrist? I want it for my left wrist.

It can be used for either wrist as it is reversible and adjustable. For me I was using on my injured left wrist.
