I want to make a birthday cake I want to use a silver mirror icing - I dont know how to make mirror what silver color to use any suggestions?

I have not made silver from scratch, but I have purchased a silver glitter mirror glaze from Pastry Chef Central.

Can you squeeze all out into a bowl to add own coloring

Yes you can squeeze it out and color it.

How do I get cap off ?

It should come off fairly easily, but if not, use pliers. Once the cap is off, you'll need to snip the pointer with scissors.

Yes, most icing and frosting are gluten free. Just lots of sugar :)
