I've been taking this supplement for a month now. More energy and just an overall sense of well being. I highly recommend this product !

Started taking these about 6 weeks ago as a family. In morning. We all noticed we had good energy levels in the morning. All of us had extremely good bowel movements the first week. I am a type 2 diabetic and I am also on Manjaro and it has stopped to working as well as it was but it is now working again taking this medication. Overall I feel like it's a very good benefit and so do the rest of us it's just these pills are a little too large to swallow for my elderly mother. I did end up getting her a gummy but other than that I would say that this is a great product. Also I have not noticed any pain relief

Haven't noticed a huge difference, but I'm only taking 1 capsule instead of 2, since it's such a high dosage. I like knowing that I'm getting the nutrients from it, even if I don't have a ton more energy. On my second bottle and will probably continue to order it. Also like that they changed the bottle to black instead of clear, I have heard the capsules aren't supposed to be exposed to light. I haven't noticed any appetite suppressant, but I take meds that increase my appetite. Also haven't noticed any pain relieving qualities, but I've suffered a spinal cord injury so I'm always going to be in pain. Even the strongest pain meds don't help me much.

It's not for everyone. I have been on thyroid medication for 2 years. I have been writing about tons of supplements that I could possibly use in order not to be dependent on chemical hormones. The thought of using a natural supplament is very appealing to me. I did some research and found there are conflicting views. One view status that it would cause someone to have hypothyroid. Symptoms more apparently, Another said that it was great for thyroid. So I thought I'd take a gamble and try it. I am extremely happy for the people that it actually worked for, But these People obviously have different bodies than me. In my own personal experience these supplements caused me to have extreme tiredness, Not only in my head but also in my body.The dosage is waaaaay too much. It can actually hurt you. I hope this causes someone to do their research.

These helped with my suffering of fibromyalgia and definitely eased some of the pain
