Been taking this from almost one month now. I do notice my skin is looking little brighter and I am seeing some small changes also. Only issue for me is tablet sometimes sticking in throat, so I get bit anxious while taking it and need lot of water. If you are already taking NAC or Vitamin C, this product duplicates doses blindly, increasing side-effect risk without benefit.
