Yesterday (11th November 2025), I received this new Milton tumbler, expecting the premium quality that the brand claims to deliver. Shockingly, just one day later (12th November 2025), the condition of the tumbler has already deteriorated beyond belief. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating! I had high expectations based on Milton's reputation, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Not only did the product fail to meet basic standards, but it also makes me question the quality control and commitment of Milton towards customer satisfaction. It is shocking that a product can degrade so quickly after delivery.

Outer Packing is too good but Product thickness is less, PURE COPPER material

The product is of right size for daily consumption of 480 ml water . The quality of copper is ok ok as it is lot very thick copper but as rate is suggested it is ok. Ot is very ductile so careful while washing with hand . The main problem with this copper glass is that it leaves a blackish marks on the bottom or side of the glassdue to oxidation or what I don't know which is very difficult to remove those stain with pitambari. Otherwise glass is ok and travel friendly. Design is also good thought lid is very tight.its leakage proof and pure copper .

Ordered 4 , 2 items dented. With one use, inside turns black. Lid very tight to open and close.
