Sears meat beautifully
My son loves to sear meat to cook quickly and maintain the juicyness of the meat. It's solid and heavy. He loves this item.

Works great. Quality product, easy to clean with soap and water. I use to hold down bacon and sandwiches . Never realized I needed this . Size is a bit small so I do need to move it around when cooking bacon.

This was bought to use on bacon as we eat a lot of BLT’s . Used it on burgers & it helps cook the burgers faster if you heat it up prior to cooking . Haven’t tried it on steaks yet but I’m sure it will do as well cause it is heavy cast iron !

Well made
This product is sturdy and well made and the quality was impressive given the price. I use it most for pressing smash burgers- works great. Also great for crisping curled ends of bacon and searing steaks on a flat griddle. Highly recommend!
