So I bought these because I’m a 4’11 female and wanted to look a little taller, but I couldn’t even walk in them for 5 minutes without my feet hurting. Even when I was sitting down they were hurting my heel and pressing on them, they’re absolutely uncomfortable and I would not recommend them. Plus they weren’t wide enough to fit in the of back my shoes, they slip around and it looked like I had crooked ankles. I work 9 hour shifts and my job requires me to be walking all day, I’m used to walking a lot and yet I couldn’t walk 5 minutes in these without my heel hurting. I only wore these for 2 hours and then I had to take them off, even high heels are more comfortable than these. Uncomfortable and not worth your money.

For the price, it seems to be worth it. It helped adjust a leg discrepancy that caused pain, and this helped alleviate it to a good extent. The pad is easy enough to use, just stamp the pieces together and insert into your shoe of choice. Thickness varies with how many pads you add to the main lift sole. I've used mine for a few months for rough work and constant movement, bending, scooting, and the main part of the little sole just started to show small indents where my foot has worn the material down somewhat, I'm 250 pounds, so it was to be expected, i would say thw durability is fair. Overall, I'm glad with this product, and would purchase again when needed
