Have stayed on somewhat well. Have to come off easily enough to switch out kid names or pass down the item so they aren't permanent which is fine. Given our baby uses them every day and the heat that gets applied, I feel that only 1 coming off in 2 months isn't so terrible with them being applied to 4 different pairs of shoes. I can't complain about that one bit. I've also purchased the bottle labels (from another website) made by this company to use in my home daycare and they have also held up wonderfully--- so the quality and price is something you can't beat!I do wish that with these shoe labels, the puzzle pieces were a little more defined to help my son see how the two "puzzle pieces" fit together and help him with determining the right foot to put each shoe on, but still... it's a great concept and as a mom that has invested in LOTS and LOTS of labels by different companies...
