If your infectation is severe try combining equal parts flour with boric acid. Add jelly, Mayo or peanut butter. Mix together to form little balls, add milk if too dry. Spread these balls around the house.

Will it kill cicada killer wasps ?

NO. I am a retired exterminator. Check with your local pesticide dealer. You have to soak the ground with liquid pesticide. I recommend calling a professional as these things can be dangerous when provoked, AND, they are huge.

How do you apply this to kill roaches

Apply a LIGHT dusting along baseboards, window and door sills. and along any of the paths where you happen to see the creepy-crawlies. Repeat if the dust gets wet or disturbed. Redo every 6 months.
