Will the caramel colour work in dark brown hair?

I’m not sure what colour you going from and to but I put this on my highlighted blond hair hoping to give it a boost ,, But it tuned out mousy brown 😩😩😩

Is this the same as the CC conditioner that comes in the box with the colour?

I am not sure. This one came itself in a box. Like a toothpaste container. I didn't mix or anything. Just put straight on my hair clean and humid, left for 25 minutes and rinsed. After I put another hair conditioner from another brand and left there for another 15 min before rinsed completely. I really like the results.
