What is the liquid inside? Just arrived no instructions... been adding and taking air out trying to get right amount

Any instructions would have been on the box itself. I have not added or taken away any water or air from mine. They work fine.

Does this product come with a syringe? Today's date is 2/9/23 I have read answers, and some say they do, and some say they don't.

It did not come with a syringe. I wanted to remove some air so I aquired a syringe from our local pharmacy. It would not remove the air. I repeated the suction many times and it didn't change anything. I per would not purchase it again.

Is the green a bright green or more toward a darker grass green?

It's a dark green yes..with gold streaks and tiny white and noir streaks...also, I found that the more spent the better quality. This is nice forten dollars

How to add water? Have 2 both needing more water!
