Huge pills
I really like this brand, I buy a lot of their supplements. But these capsules are so big and you have to take two of them. I will go back to the other brand for this particular supplement. These are just too big.

Great Supplement
It's hard to tell if these are working or not because I take them for the long term benefit alongside turkey tail mushroom, as they are meant to help guard against cancers. I have not suffered any adverse side effects from taking them and I currently do not have the big C. Time will tell if they help at all. I'm 55yrs old with a long family history of breast and colon cancer, so I will happily try anything that is reported to reduce my risks and there are lots of positive reports on beta glucans.
