Need drinking this stuff for years and it works. It will give you the energy boost you need for long and good workout. Try not to take it too late at night or you may have trouble sleeping even after a workout. Many different flavors to pick from and they all taste great. Much prefer this over the can style drink.

My go-to! Have been using this almost daily since I first started working out back in late 2023. Easy to digest. Will cause tingling, maybe on the face or hands, but it goes away quickly. It mixes easily but sometimes a little will settle on the bottom.

Use this everyday for the gym. Works great and tastes good

I usually love this product but the last container I received tasted awful. Something has definitely changed.
