Air was leaking from the bottom and the top from the cover connections with the filter which made the filter not filtering not all the air was filterd. Not good sealing between the filer and the covers.

It's doing what is supposed to do, do not expect any filter to remove the odor at 100% you can create multiple layers for filtration in case one filter is not enough, this one does the job for regular odor remove

As the title of my review says this worked wonders removing all the smells from my workshop. I didn't even vent the air outside (although I intend to at a later point), I just cycled it back into the room but within a few minutes the smells were gone.
