This saved me from paying a shop to charge me an arm and a leg to fix my car AC. Found the leak right away and I managed to fix it myself. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Great option for the price. It's already paid for itself in finding two R134a automotive leaks and a 410a leak on my home AC unit. No complaints at all, it did exactly what I bought it for.

I use this for appliance refrigeration, it detects discharges of R600 several feet away and I haven't had it go off on just cabinet foam. Not sensitive enough for microleaks in the cabinet but it will work well for exposed leaks

I was hesitant to purchase this sniffer at first. I quickly located a small leak on a 4 ton 410A ADP evaporator coil the first day I used it. I really like the included backlight which assists in illuminating dye while performing a leak detection. Unit takes 20-30 seconds to warm up. Read out screen is surprisingly bright and high quality. Highly recommend!
