The pink unstuffed pouf foot rest can use as an ottoman or a chair,please stuff it with plush doll, used clothes, cushion, pillow, etc. the filling should be evenly distributed in every corner of the pouf.

Not sure what you mean by package. It comes flat you have to fill it yourself. I used foam stuffing.

Q: How many liters/pounds fits into it? I don't want to buy too much and have left over which I will just throw away.

Honestly, I just filled it with old blankets and pillows. It was a cheap way to fill it and gives me the option of having extra blankets if needed. I am using it to fill a gap between my second row captains seats in an Escalade. I transport my lab occasionally with my vehicle and needed a gap filler. Seems to work fine.
