You cannot refill it. It is disposable when it is empty

Is this actually ink or pencil lead?

Very fine felt tip marker. You can pull more felt out with needle-nose pliers if you need a scosch more. Adam Savage has done a Tested video on this pen. The company also makes mechanical pencils, but I have not reviewed those first hand.

Where to buy the ink?

I am a new owner and have not yet researched where to purchase ink or refills
