All day working and using them :)) and they are not too thick so even working on keyboard or laptop is ok (slower a bit but working ok - I had to be careful not to hit my things with it, but when you use to it, it's 8/10 comfortable). When typing I had them on the table so I used them as wrist support. WOW 2 in 1 :D hah. I also noticed that when I had them on my hands, I somehow automatically tried to do some moves. The weights are adjustable so if you buy the 6.6 lbs ver. you can remove some of the metal plates from it, if this is too heavy. For me it's perfect and I will buy it one more set to put a bit more weight into it. Very happy and will buy this again for sure. The downside - I would say the edges where the straps are, are a bit less comfortable for skin, but I used to it after 20-30 mins and it's ok now. The strap by the wrist should follow the curve of the hand, but instead it's straight and it was hard to set this to be comfortable, but you can use to it after some time. it's a bit harsh on skin (not much but still) specially on the soft side where the veins are (inner side of wrist). Overall - 4/5 stars as I believe this should have 4,5 but there is no 4,5 so 4 will do.
