I just started for the 1st time ever attending Burn Boot Camp. One of the supplement they suggested is a one with a fat burner, BCAA, Pre-workout, Amino, etc.I found it all in one and let me tell you, the taste is very good and gives me what I need. I noticed a difference when I started adding this to my morning routine prior to starting my workout. The taste is fruit punch which is very good, gives the energy that I need. I will buy again and will never complete a workout without it. You won’t be disappointed!

This is my favorite workout drink. The taste is great, doesn’t taste like chemicals. I like to water mine down more, just because I don’t like sweet drinks much. I’ve tried fruit punch, cherry limeade, blue raz and grape and like them all. I alternate my orders so I don’t get tired of them. Mixes easily, settles a little over time but not a problem. The caffeine content is just enough to help you through a workout but never makes me feel like I had too much. I can’t say if the weight loss supplements have helped me since I’m also eating healthy and working out frequently.

Great preworkout

I enjoy this juice as a regular supplement. I often refer to it as my go go juice for two reasons: first it provides me with a great source of energy. Second, I enjoy the great taste; so much so that I usually drink a liter much quicker than I would with another beverage which also causes me to have to "go" 😉

Great product. I use regularly and get the desired results

This EVL BCAA Lean Energy Powder, unfortunately, falls short of expectations in multiple aspects. Firstly, despite diligently following the recommended dosage and incorporating it into my fitness routine, I have noticed no improvement in my performance or recovery. In fact, both my training and recovery have worsened. Moreover, the taste is unbearable with its artificial, chemical-like flavor, which is extremely unpleasant to consume. Additionally, the excessive amount of sugar in the product adds to the negative experience. Furthermore, there is a lack of transparency as the product fails to deliver the effects stated in its description. Considering the overall ineffectiveness, unpleasant taste, and lack of transparency, this BCAA product is not worth the money invested. Regrettably, I will not purchase it again and cannot recommend it to others.

I usually use EVL BCAA energy (no lean component), I accidentally purchased this lean version and I LOVE it. I usually take this before and sometimes after workouts as well. I'm on a cut and I've been struggling to make it through a 20-80 minute workout without dying of hunger at some point in there (I've even stopped to eat on more than one occasion, despite always having also eaten BEFORE my workout). This "lean" version of the bcaa energy seems to help stave off my hunger long enough for me to get through workouts without even considering the fact that my body's running on a continuous deficit (praise be!). I'm going to try supplementing with this when I'm starving at work too, as it seems to give me a better focus and feel than the EVL bcaa energy which sometimes tweaks me out a little (and seems to make me even more hungry, nooooooo!). This stuff is amazing. Also note it contains super food maca which is pretty cool, it's supposed to help with prolonged energy/focus. I put powdered maca root in oatmeal and things and too much of it makes the texture of anything grainy. this is a nice grainy-texture-free way to get your maca in!

I take this before boxing and no word of a lie the fatigue in my arms disappears every time I take it! Three scoops before a workout and I am flying! Was taking pre workout before but stopped completely once I started taking this! Very powerful no side effects at all and makes my workouts a breeze!

The taste and feeling of energy is totally awesome with the product and it is great it has all the BCAAs .. One major concern is that it has Red 40 in it which is NOT cool ... especially in a product positioned as a health item. Perhaps they should switch to dried beets as a red colorant as it is natural ...as Red 40 is petroleum based and there are many internet, youtube and other articles on the bad merits of Red 40....

Helps a lot when taken before exercising. Definitely helps with energy and endurance.

Not to high on caffeine. Decent taste. It desolves well. I just add one scoop to my morning protein smoothie to make sure I am hitting my 25mg of BCAA's daily. I got the strawberry flavor. Alone with ice water it taste great. Added to gatorde or powerade it is amazing.
