Whoever installed it didn’t hook up the right USB cable to the existing one in your truck. There are 2 of them from the radio. One is for reading data “music” and the other is charging only. Or they didn’t hook any of them up. Sometimes shops just install to install. Really good shops know what to order specifically for your vehicle to make everything work. Sometimes a “good deal” leaves you hanging.
