Worth the money, works great
Purchased this for my wife and I who both spend a lot of time at the computer. This is really a nice massager. It works great not only on shoulders and neck, but also works good on the lower back. We like that it also came with a car plug so we can use it on the road.

Hits the spots needed
One of the best massagers I have purchased to help with neck and back pain. I have been getting severe pains in upper back around neck and mid to upper back right side. This thing is very effective to use just sitting around and hit the spots as needed. The heat gets very hot and effective. First time I used this I put a lot of pressure on my back behind areas needed and let me tell you I was sore for two days after using this but it rid my pain I had been having for over a month. This can be used all over the body as needed. I really like the design and ease of use. It even came with an adapter for car so perfect for long trips. Worth every penny

Amazing!
Amazing! Just amazing! I have had upper back and neck pain for many years now due to posture and the treatment is very expensive. This has give me really good relief in my upper neck and back. As a 17 year old, I highly recommend for teenagers and adults! The only downside is that I wish I could change the pressure and like speed number.

Amazing!!! I wouldn’t change a thing.
If I could give this 10 stars I would! Whether you’re solo or with someone that just can’t dig deep enough into your neck and shoulders this is for you! I carry so much tension in my neck and shoulders the pain starts to radiate to my ears. My first night and I slept like a baby, tension was gone and I felt amazing into day two! The straps you sling your arms into makes you relax and allows you to create your own intensity of pressure. The heat is adjustments are perfect as well. If you’re super tense this can feel intense at first but within minutes the tension releases and the pressure is amazing. Can you tell I’m impressed? Quality surpasses what I expected, this plugs in, no battery or need to charge, size and placement of massagers is great and speed settings are ideal. Not the best on feet but it wasn’t what I bought it for. Tremendous value.

Surprisingly Powerful for the Price
it has quickly become one of my favorite at-home recovery tools. The deep kneading nodes are STRONG, in a good way. It really feels like firm hands digging into tight muscles. I use it mostly on my neck and upper shoulders after long days or workouts, and it makes a noticeable difference in tension and headaches caused by tight traps. The heat function adds a nice soothing element without getting too hot. One thing I really like is the arm straps. Being able to pull down slightly lets you control the pressure and target specific spots. You can adjust intensity just by how much you lean into it. I’ve also used it on my lower back, calves, and even hamstrings, it’s more versatile than it looks. Pros: • Strong deep tissue feel • Heat option is relaxing • Easy to use • Great value for the price • Portable and easy to store A few things to consider: • If you’re very sensitive to pressure, it may feel intense at first. • It’s not cordless, so you’ll need to be near an outlet (though it does usually come with a car adapter which is a bonus). For under $40, this absolutely competes with much more expensive massagers. It’s not a gentle spa massage, it’s more of a “work out the knots” kind of tool, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with tight neck, shoulder, or back muscles.

Works well but Bulky
It is bulky and hard to get in the spot that I wanted it in. It did have good pressure and worked well, but just did not see myself using it as I would have hoped.

Personal massage
Freaking love it! Definitely worth the cost, a good value. The massager works great on my neck and after only 3 times using it the kink is pretty much gone in my neck. Definitely recommend

Stopped working
I've owned hair salons for 23 years. Have been a hairstylist for over 26 years. I've purchased too many muscle gadgets to count over years. One can I'm a connoisseur on home back care devices and brands. So this is a well informed review. On this item and shiatsu massagers. To me, these are necessary investments to help me work, not luxury items. Human massage is best but expensive. Regardless, I've had regular 3 week massages for most of my life. Using these in between help results from my massage therapist so I use these in conjunction. I stretch and do yoga everyday. I'm proactive to manage upper back and neck tightness from repetitive muscle use and advise staff to do the same. Hairstylists naturally stoop. Upper back and neck issues happen fast. So chronic muscle inflammation is life for most of us. I have a shoulder that pops but I'm almost 47. Yet I've had regular massage, chiropractic, and acupuncture appointments for 15 years and joke I spend a car payment for the luxury of being able to work to pay my bills. Seriously tho. But I chose a physically demanding job and say all that because I've had so much back care, so many massage and care devices- takes a lot to impress me. So 5-6 months ago I bought a Pure wave massager to replace the one I'd had for years. It wasn't holding a charge so naturally I got on Amazon to buy a new one. This massager came up in the "people also bought" suggestions. After reading the reviews and seeing the price, I bought this too. Ok so Pure Wave is a percussion massager. I have a percussion Homedics unit too since 2006. It still works great but it plugs in and kind of clunks around on your back. But hey it's almost 20 yrs old. Good job Homedics. But both of those are hand held massagers. Inconvenient & awkward to use on your back alone. Esp since you have to lift and contort your arms. Counterproductive. And asking hubs or kids is pointless. After your 5 second massage you just then give them a 15 minute one. No thanks. Why I've had 3 Homedics shiatsu chair cover massagers too. They work well, last a long time. I bought my last one last year on Amazon. Downside is they're big and inconvenient to store. Fast forward. I receive this and my new Pure Wave, spent less time checking out the Pure Wave. I was already familiar. I open this and WOW. IMPRESSIVE. I liked the bag. The heat- AND this little machine worked my shoulder blades and neck as well as the big chair Homedics. This was easier to store and pack in the car when we went to our lake house. It was so amazing I gave my (still pretty new) trusty Homedics shiatsu to one of my stylists. I praised this massager to clients, posted social media reels on how great it is for your $ to hair industry. I only had it a couple of months & used it like mayybe 5-6 times, but I was ALL about this thing. You'd have thought I worked for this brand. Sadly, my faith and optimism was premature. Shoulda kept my other one! Because this will not START after only having it 5-6 months. Used it maybe 8-9 times at the most! That's "barely used" considering how long I've had other massagers units. I do not regret a spirit of giving BUT if this hadn't popped up in my Amazon product suggestions, I'd still have my Homedics shiatsu. And I already know those last YEARS. Regardless of price, I feel it should have some sort of mechanical warranty because it should work longer than 6 months when minimal use means that's not enough time for motor "wear and tear". Maybe I got a bad one idk but lo and behold. Today I wanted to sit and relax after a busy salon weekend. I don't have a massage booked for 2 weeks. Grr. So I get on Amazon because like everyone else, 90% of my life is from here. This vexing machine pops up AGAIN in "may we suggest you buy this too" feed. I mean come on Amazon. And come on to the makers of this massager. I rarely take time to review stuff. Esp with this much detail but I'm super annoyed. Amazon at lured me in. This massager came out of the gate strong with good feels, being handy, and deep tissue WOW factor- so I gave away my better chair shiatsu! My personal experience with this is comparable to a bad ex. It quit working and ended being an expensive disappointment. If this comes up in your search PASS. Do not buy. Go to a more reliable and established brand.
