Accidentally knocked the cover off my residential sprinkler head while painting. This was the exact replacement for the old one. Install was about as easy as it gets- unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.

The other 2 reviews here are user error. I read them thinking maybe they were right but I checked the model of mine which are Tyco brand and they fit perfectly. I ordered one as a test case and am ordering my remaining 7 today.
