I hope they get these back in stock. They are heavy and minimalistic. I LOVE these! I came to order me more for my own Christmas present but they are no longer in stock. I’m soooo sad.

These are heavy bookends. Great for holding up reference and text books. Very happy with the minimalist design and weight.

Seem like they will last a long time. I may need to paint them. Any sort of packaging protection was non existent so they arrived somewhat banged up, with the coating chipping.

I hope you can see the bookends. They are perfect - heavy but with a small footprint. EDITED: I really loved the aesthetic of these cast iron minimalist bookends. They would work perfectly on a shelf, but I want to use them on an end table and set up a comfy nook. Books fall over at least once a day.

Functionally, these will do what I need. But I am disappointed that the coating that gives the book ends their cast iron look just flakes off so easily. Despite being wrapped in plastic, packed tightly in foam, and double boxed, all 4 of the book ends arrived with noticeable amounts of coating flakes off from the corners. More of it seemed to come off just from placing them on the shelf. I would expect something better for how much these cost. It’s a shame though, because if it was not for the coating coming off, they would be ideal.
