Pocket Primary Care (Pocket Notebook Series): 9781975183585: Medicine & Health Science Books @ desertcart.com Review: Must have for FNP students - As a current FNP student, I’ve found Pocket Primary Care to be an incredibly valuable resource. It’s compact and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for clinicals or study sessions on the go. The layout is clear and organized by common complaints and conditions, making it quick to find what I need—whether it’s a differential diagnosis, treatment guidelines, or follow-up recommendations. What I appreciate most is how straightforward and practical the information is. It’s not bogged down by excessive detail, but it gives just enough to guide decision-making in a primary care setting. It’s especially helpful when I need to quickly review management for conditions. While it’s not a replacement for deeper references or textbooks, it’s perfect for real-time refreshers and clinical application. I highly recommend it for anyone in NP school or even new grads starting out in primary care. It truly lives up to its name as a pocket guide and I reach for it often. Review: Great resource - Perfect for reference

Amazing reference
I am a student nurse practitioner and needed a quick reference that was not my phone. It doesn't include every single treatment plan, or dosing for every possible antibiotic for a UTI, but there is a wealth of information regarding differentials and treatments that so far seem to be quite accurate to when I compare sections to uptodate. I am going to buy an extra set of dividers and tabs so I can quick reference info and add my own notes without writing on the binder itself. It has been a fantastic reference during clinicals and I wish I'd discovered this a lot earlier!

Perfect lil book for Quick Look up! Great for home care when you don’t have phone signal to use other apps.

Pocket series books are very handy
Really like these series and small enough to fit in your lab coat pocket or your tote bag.

Poor quality cover
Update: the cover is cracked, I’m so irritated! Why can’t they make this in a spiral bound book already? Original review: As a new grad NP, this is a great resource! One of my preceptors had this and information was quick and easy to find. I’d recommend to anyone in primary care/internal medicine.
