Tub came with lid off - no seal. A thick like coating is on the top of the conditioner meaning it’s all lumpy. Really bad service .

I ordered this along with the shampoo and conditioner because I was tired of all the hair loss I was having and the brands I wanted were too expensive. My hair hasn’t ever been this soft, my natural curl texture is coming back, and I can see new growth!!! I’m a believer and will be purchasing this brand from now on. The scent is nice too - not earthy like some other “natural” brands. But
